7.2 Manejo del extractor de leche
1.
Antes de comenzar a utilizarlo, lávese a fondo las manos y los
pechos.
2.
Siéntese con la parte superior del cuerpo ligeramente inclinada
hacia delante. Puede usar un cojín para apoyar mejor la espalda.
3.
Coloque el embudo con almohadilla de silicona sobre el pecho con
cuidado. Asegúrese de que el pezón quede totalmente cubierto
y de que no haya burbujas de aire. Para garantizar un funciona-
miento correcto, el embudo debe quedar bien sujeto contra el pe-
cho. Accione el extractor manual tal como se indica en la imagen.
4. Para la intensidad de la extracción puede elegir entre las marcas
visibles MIN/MAX.
Recomendamos comenzar a utilizar el extractor en la posición
MIN.
7.3 Conservación de la leche materna
Puede conservar la leche materna extraída durante un determinado periodo de tiempo en el frigorífico
o en el congelador.
•
Si desea conservar la leche materna, asegúrese de que el extractor de leche y los biberones se hayan
desinfectado antes de su uso.
Conserve la leche materna exclusivamente en recipientes desinfectados.
•
Si desea conservar la leche materna, colóquela en el frigorífico o en el congelador directamente después
de la extracción. No deje la leche materna a temperatura ambiente.
•
Si desea conservar la leche materna en el congelador, es aconsejable indicar la fecha de la extracción
en la botella.
