No pese a más de una persona en la báscula al mismo tiempo. Esto puede dañar la báscula.

No use teléfonos celulares, hornos microondas ni otros dispositivos que generan campos mag-
néticos o electromagnéticos intensos cerca de la báscula. Esto puede causar mal funcionamiento
de la báscula.
•
No presione los botones con fuerza excesiva o con objetos punzantes.
Sólo para medición del peso
Golpear y subir
Dé un golpe ligero y corto sobre el área de pesaje de la báscula.
Se muestra la pantalla completa (Fig. 1) hasta que aparece „º.º“ (Fig. 2).
Párese sobre la báscula sin moverse y distribuya su peso sobre ambas piernas.
La báscula empieza inmediatamente a medir su peso. Se peso medido se
muestra poco tiempo después (Fig. 3). La báscula se apaga algunos segundos
después de que usted se baja.
Instantáneo al subir
Nota:
En forma alternativa, usted puede encender la báscula al usar la función instan-
táneo al subir.
Suba con cuidado a la báscula y distribuya su peso sobre ambas piernas.
La báscula empieza inmediatamente a medir su peso.
Después de mostrar el peso, la báscula se apagará automáticamente pasados
algunos segundos.
Medición del peso, y porcentajes de grasa corporal, agua corporal y
muscular
Primero debe introducir sus parámetros personales:

Dé un golpecito corto a la báscula y espere hasta que aparezca „º.º“ (Fig. 2).
Presione el botón „SET“. Ahora destella en la pantalla la primera programación
de la memoria (Fig. 4). Seleccione la programación de la memoria que desee con
los botones
„arriba“ o „abajo“ y confirme dicha programación con el botón
„SET“.

Los siguientes pasos le permitirán seleccionar sus parámetros con los botones
„arriba“ o „abajo“ y confirmar con „SET“.

La altura en pulgadas o centímetros (Fig. 5).
–
La edad („Age“) en años (Fig. 6).
–
El parámetro de género „mujer“ u „hombre“ (Fig. 7).
–
Los niveles individuales de actividad física y condición física (Fig. 8).
–
Estos valores predeterminados aparecen nuevamente en forma consecutiva.
