Se a tavola ci sono molti commensali, ripartire il tutto in diversi piattini. Preparare
anche diverse oliere e ciotoline del burro. In questo modo, la tavola sarà più
ordinata.
Per la carne e il pesce non preparati utilizzare un piatto a parte con una forchetta
separata.
Non usare troppo olio o burro.
Non cuocere troppa carne o pesce tutto insieme, in quanto l’olio o il burro si
raffreddano.
Cuocere le salse a parte.
ATTENZIONE
A volte la cottura del pesce è più rapida rispetto a quella della carne
Cuocere sempre la carne di maiale, il pollo e il tacchino al punto giusto.
