MONTAJE - Ensamblaje del ventilador

Ensamblaje del ventilador
1. Introduzca la parte posterior de la rejilla (con empuñadura) en el eje, con los orificios exactamente
sobre los topes de la unidad del motor y con la empuñadura hacia arriba. Coloque la parte trasera de
la caja del ventilador con los cuatro tornillos
2. Introduzca las aspas del ventilador en el eje con el tornillo de fijación exactamente encima de la
ranura.
3. Apriete el tornillo de fijación de las aspas con un destornillador de estrella. Verifique que las aspas
hayan quedado bien instaladas al eje.
4. Ajuste la rejilla frontal, la que trae las horquillas, a la rejilla trasera.
5. Introduzca el tornillo en la parte inferior de las rejillas frontal y trasera y apriételo bien.
6. Doble las horquillas sobre los bordes de ambas rejillas.

7. Retire el tornillo y la perilla del pasador de fijación.
8. Afloje la perilla de ajuste del ángulo de orientación y el tornillo de manera que pueda colocar la
abrazadera sobre el soporte vertical.
9. Introduzca el pasador de fijación a través del apoyo del motor y el soporte y apriete la perilla.
10. Introduzca el tornillo en el orificio del soporte.
11. Coloque la perilla de fijación del ángulo de orientación. La perilla cabe en el orificio grande del soporte.
