PROBLEMEN OPLOSSEN - De ventilatorbladen in evenwicht brengen
Wij letten er nauwlettend op dat uw ventilator beantwoordt aan de hoogste kwaliteit, maar soms kan hij toch
uit evenwicht zijn. Mocht de ventilator instabiel zijn of overmatig schudden, volg dan eerst de stappen in
‘PROBLEMEN OPLOSSEN’. Mocht de ventilator daarna nog overmatig schudden, probeer dan om twee
tegenover elkaar bevestigde ventilatorbladen met elkaar te verwisselen en zet de ventilator aan. Mocht na
deze handeling de ventilator nog overmatig schudden, gebruik dan de balanceerset:
1. Zet de ventilator aan in de snelheid waar het schudden het hoogst is. Zet de ventilator uit.
2. Kies één van de ventilatorbladen en plaats de balansklem halverwege de rechte kant van het blad (zie
figuur A). Zet de ventilator weer aan in de snelheid waar het schudden het hoogst is. Controleer of het
schudden minder wordt. Zet de ventilator uit.
3. Herhaal deze procedure bij elk resterend blad en kijk bij welk blad u de meeste verbetering ziet.
4. Plaats de balansklem opnieuw op het ventilatorblad waar u de meeste verbetering ziet en verschuif de
klem verder naar buiten of naar binnen op het blad (B). Zet de ventilator weer aan in de snelheid waar
het schudden het hoogst is. Controleer of het schudden minder wordt. Zet de ventilator uit.
5. Herhaal deze procedure en kijk op welke positie van de balansklem u de meeste verbetering ziet.
6. Verwijder de balansklem en plak één van de twee balansgewichten op het blad waar u de meeste
verbetering heeft geconstateerd, exact op de plek waar de balansklem heeft gezeten (C).
Houdt u er rekening mee dat alle plafondventilatoren zeer lichtjes kunnen blijven schudden.
