FUNZIONAMENTO - Primo utilizzo
1. Rimuovere l’imballaggio.
2. Pulire accuratamente tutti gli accessori per eliminare gli eventuali residui di produzione (vedere il
capitolo “Pulizia e manutenzione”). Asciugare quindi a fondo gli elementi.
3. Azionare il forno per 15 minuti alla massima temperatura con entrambi gli elementi riscaldanti accesi
(superiore e inferiore), avendo cura di lasciare aperto lo sportello del forno. In tal modo sarà possibile
eliminare gli eventuali odori dovuti agli imballaggi.
La prima volta che si utilizza l’apparecchio, può verificarsi una leggera emissione di fumo
accompagnata da un odore particolare. Si tratta di un fenomeno normale che scomparirà
automaticamente. Predisporre una sufficiente ventilazione.
FUNZIONAMENTO - Preriscaldamento
Non è necessario provvedere al preriscaldemento del forno. In alcuni casi, è tuttavia possibile ottenere un
miglior risultato di cottura preriscaldando il forno, per es. quando si desidera preparare carni con cottura
media o al sangue oppure qualora si cuociano dei dolci.
