FUNZIONAMENTO - Primo utilizzo
1. Togliere l’imballaggio.
2. Pulire a fondo l’apparecchio per eliminare gli eventuali residui di produzione presenti. Vedere il capitolo
“Pulizia e manutenzione”.
3. Riempire la vasca con olio o grasso. Il livello dell’olio o del grasso inserito nella vasca deve essere
ricompreso tra le marcature “MIN” e “MAX”. Non utilizzare margarina o burro comuni.
È inoltre possibile utilizzare friggitrice olio oltre a grasso solido (grasso blocchi). Quando si riempie la
friggitrice o olio, seguire la seguente procedura:
1. Impostare il controllo della temperatura a circa 130 gradi Celsius.
