FUNCIONAMIENTO - Generalidades
La olla de occión lenta está concebida únicamente para uso doméstico, no para uso profesional.

FUNCIONAMIENTO - Uso por primera vez
1. Quite el embalaje.
2. Limpie muy bien el aparato para eliminar cualquier resto de fabricación. Véase ‘Limpieza y
mantenimiento’.
3. Llene la olla con aceite o grasa líquida. El nivel debe estar entre las marcas ‘MIN’ y ‘MAX’.
Atención: No use grasa sólida (bloques)
Atención: Sólo utilice aceite o grasas líquidas especialmente adecuadas para freír
FUNCIONAMIENTO - Protección contra el sobrecalentamiento
La freidora debe utilizarse únicamente cuando se ha llenado con aceite o grasa. No
encienda la freidora cuando está vacía o cuando no contiene suficiente aceite o grasa.
La freidora está equipada con una protección contra el sobrecalentamiento. Esta
protección es activada, por ejemplo, cuando se utiliza la freidora sin o con cantidad
insuficiente de aceite o grasa. En tal caso, se debe poner a cero la freidora.
1. Apague la freidora botón combinado de encendido/apagado y ajuste de la
temperatura completamente hacia la izquierda. Retire el enchufe de la toma de
alimentación.
2. Deje enfriar el aparato completamente.
