OPERATION - General

The appliance is intended only for domestic use, not for

professional use.

OPERATION - Before first use

1. Remove the appliance from the packaging, and remove all packaging materials.

2. Clean the baking plate before using the appliance for the first time (see ‘Cleaning and maintenance’).

OPERATION - Prepairing

1. Put the appliance on a level and heat-resistant surface.

Fit the juice reservoir (5) onto the motor unit (9).

Place the cone (2 or 3) and pulp dish (4) on the juice reservoir, making sure the pressing cone is fitted

correctly onto the motor shaft (8).

4. Put the plug into the wall socket.

OPERATION - Using the citrus press

Tip: You can use the lid to press the fruit. This will keep your hands clean.

1. Cut the citrus fruit into halves.

2. Press each half onto the pressing cone. The pressure applied to the pressing cone will turn the motor

on. The motor automatically changes directions when it is switched on and off. The changeof direction

increases the juice collected.

3. Remove the pulp dish from the juice container.
