OPERATION - General information

The appliance is intended only for domestic use,

not for professional use.

1. Rising tube with chocolate plateaus

2. Chocolate screw

OPERATION - Using for the first time

1. Remove the packaging.

2. Thoroughly clean the device with a warm, damp cloth in order to remove any manufacturing residue

(see “Cleaning and maintenance”).

OPERATION - Install the appliance

1. Place the base of the rising tube with chocolate plateaus on the three pins in the middle of the stainless

steel bowl.

2. Place the chocolate screw with the opening at the bottom in the rising tube. Turn the chocolate screw by

hand until the opening at the bottom is fixed around the motor shaft.

OPERATION - Chocolate to be used

You can use various types and flavours of chocolate with this chocolate fountain:

- Liquid chocolate (ready-to-use);

- Chocolate callets (liquefy by heating);

- Chocolate bars (break them into pieces first and liquefy them by heating).

OPERATION - Heating the chocolate

The chocolate can be heated in a number of different ways.

• Heat in a microwave. This must be done carefully at a low wattage and under constant supervision,

otherwise the chocolate may burn.

• Heating au bain-marie. Make sure the bottom of the pan does not touch the bottom of the pan with water

in it, otherwise a burnt layer of chocolate may form.
