FUNCIONAMIENTO - Antes del primer uso
1. Saque la plancha de la caja y retire todo el material de embalaje.
2. Limpie la placa de asado antes de estrenar el aparato (véase el capítulo ‘Limpieza y mantenimiento’).
• Cuando se utiliza el aparato por primera vez, éste puede producir un poco de humo y desprender
un olor particular. Esto es normal y tanto el humo como el olor desaparecerán automáticamente.
Procure tener suficiente ventilación.
• Procure que no se acerque ningún pájaro al aparato, mientras que éste esté funcionando. Al calentarse
la capa antiadherente de la plancha puede desprender una sustancia que afecta a los pájaros.
• No toque el aparato si éste ha caído en el agua. Retire inmediatamente el enchufe de la toma de
pared. No vuelva a utilizar el aparato.
FUNCIONAMIENTO - Precalentar
1. Coloque el aparato sobre una superficie plana y resistente al calor.
2. Introduzca completamente el termostato en la toma de conexión de la plancha.
Sólo se puede utilizar el cable con termostato suministrado.
3. Introduzca el enchufe en la toma de pared.
4. Ajuste la temperatura deseada accionando
el botón del termostato (entre 1 y 5). El
testigo indicador en el termostato se
enciende para indicar que se ha activado
el elemento calefactor.

3 aprox. 220°C
4 aprox. 240°C
5 aprox. 260°C
5. Después de un rato, verifique si se ha apagado el testigo indicador. Cuando el testigo indicador se
apaga, quiere decir que el aparato ha alcanzado la temperatura ajustada y está listo para ser utilizado.
Durante el uso del aparato, el elemento calefactor irá conectándose y desconectándose para mantener
la temperatura de la placa de asado a un nivel constante. El testigo también se encenderá y se apagará
correspondientemente.
FUNCIONAMIENTO - Hornear
1. Deje que la plancha se caliente (véase ‘Precalentar’).
2. Engrase eventualmente la plancha de asado con un poco de aceite.
3. Coloque los alimentos que desea preparar sobre la plancha de asado.
4. Ase los alimentos hasta que estén hechos. De vez en cuando se debe dar la vuelta a los alimentos para
que se vayan haciendo uniformemente.
5. Saque los alimentos de la plancha de asado y colóquelos en un plato. ¡Cuidado! Los alimentos están
calientes.
¡No use tenedores ni cuchillos, ni otros objetos afilados! Así podría dañar la capa antiadherente. ¡LA
GARANTÍA NO CUBRE DAÑOS EN LAS BANDEJAS DE HORNO CAUSADOS POR OBJETOS
AFILADOS!
