3. Beseye Pro Viewing & Recording
Beseye Pro Live Viewing
Met de live viewing software kun je hoge kwaliteit beelden met een 125 graden hoeklens
live streamen.
Video beelden blijven stilstaan
Vastgelopen beelden of slechte kwaliteit van de beelden komt doordat het Wi-Fi signaal
zwak is. Zorg ervoor dat de Beseye Pro Camera in een ruimte staan met een stabiele Wi-Fi.
Waarom is de video zwart en wit
Dit komt, omdat de Night Vision is ingeschakeld.
De Night Vision kan handmatig worden uitgeschakeld. Kijk op pagina 12 van deze
handleiding.
In-en uitzoomen tijdens het live-streamen
De Beseye Pro Camera kan 4 keer worden uitgezoomd. De verhouding met het scherm waar
je op kijkt blijft gelijk, zodat er geen rare verhoudingen ontstaan.
Video’s bekijken lukt niet
• Wi-Fi problemen.
• Software is niet volledig geüpdatet tot de laatste versie.
4. Two-Way-Talk
Communiceer met je geliefden door middel van Two-Way-Talk communicatie. Zorg ervoor
dat je verbonden bent met het internet of Wi-Fi.
4.1 Hoe werkt de Two-Way-Talk?
Via een smartphone of tablet?
1. Log in op de Beseye app en ga naar (My Camera) en klik dan op de camera waar je
mee wilt communiceren.
2. Er is een microfoon icoon aanwezig rechts onder in het scherm. Klik het icoontje aan
en houdt ingedrukt en ga dicht bij de speaker staan.
