I always have trouble getting my thread onto the bobbin on m : 5788

I always have trouble getting my thread onto the bobbin on my B65. The bobbin consistently twirls but the thread doesn’t go on. The thread spool is working to release thread but it doesn’t wind around the bobbin. The bobbin/is pushed to the right as the instructions read and I’ve checked my threading instructions.
