70 Knopflöcher - Anwendungen

Automatische Knopflöcher mit Rückwärtstaste

am Ständerkopf programmieren

Automatisches Knopfloch

• mit dem Knopfloch-Schlittenfuss Nr. 3A

wird die Länge des Knopflochs über die

Linse am Fuss automatisch gemessen und

schaltet bei maximaler Länge automatisch

• für alle Knopflochlängen von 4 mm bis zur

maximalen Länge, die mit dem Stichbreiten-

oder Stichlängenverstellknopf eingestellt

werden können

Wäsche- und Stretchknopfloch Nr. 51, 52, 53 nähen

Nähen der ersten Raupe

• der genähte Knopflochteil wird im Stich-

veränderungsbereich angezeigt

• erste Raupe vorwärts nähen, Nähcomputer

anhalten

Programmieren des Knopflochs

• Rückwärtstaste am Ständerkopf drücken,

weiternähen

• «auto» und die programmierte Länge (in

mm) erscheinen am Bildschirm = die

Knopflochlänge ist programmiert

Knopfloch-Automatik

der Nähcomputer näht automatisch:

• die Geradstiche rückwärts

• den 1. Riegel

• die 2. Raupe vorwärts

• den 2. Riegel

• die Vernähstiche, hält an und stellt

automatisch auf Knopflochbeginn

Alle weiteren Knopflöcher werden nun

automatisch in der gleichen Länge genäht

(ohne Drücken der Rückwärtstaste)

Beide Knopflochraupen werden

in die gleiche Richtung genäht.

Knopflochlänge = Schnittlänge


