Insect killer lamp with remote control Use instructions

Do not put your hands/ngers or any objects into the protection grid.
Do not cover the electric insect killer lamp with fabric or others materials; that could be very dange-
rous and cause re.
If the appliance is wet, do not use it until it is completely dry.
Do not touch the electric insect killer lamp with damp or wet hands.
Do not pull on the supply cord to unplug the appliance.
Always unplug the electric insect killer lamp if you need to move it, to clean it, to assembly or disassembly the
appliance.
Take care not to fold the metallic grid.

Use
Place the insect killer lamp following and respecting the instructions specied in the paragraph above.
If you intend to hang the appliance, mount the hanging chain by inserting the karabiners in the two hooks placed
at the two side ends (be careful because the hooks must be raised).
Insert the plug into a socket.
Turn on the insect killer lamp by setting the switch to “I”.
If you decide to use the remote control, set the switch to “II”.
The neon lamps will light up and in this way the insects will be attracted by the UV-light emitted, will y towards
the metal grid in tension inside the appliance , remaining fulminated. Fulminated insects will fall into the insect
collecting tray.
At the end of its use, switch off the insect killer lamp by setting the switch to “0” or using the appropriate button
on the remote control.
Cleaning and care
Before proceeding with any cleaning and/or maintenance operation, switch off the appliance and disconnect the
plug from the power outlet.
Remove the insect collecting tray. Empty it and wash it using soapy water. Dry the tray thoroughly before repla-
cing it.
Gently clean the internal metal grid with a soft brush to remove any fulminated insects. Clean the outside grill
using a slightly damp soft cloth.
Do not use metal objects to clean the internal grid, in order to avoid damaging it.
Do not immerse the appliance in water and/or other liquids.
Make sure all parts are completely dry before switch on the appliance again.
Replace UV neon lamps
To replace the UV neon lamps, follow this procedure:
Switch off and unplug the appliance .
With the help of a cross-head screwdriver, remove the four screws located on the top of the grid of insect killer
lamp.
Remove the two outer protection grids.
Replace the tubes.
Reassemble the insect killer lamp .
Attention: Make sure that the technical characteristics of the new neon lights have the same cha-
racteristics as the exhausted ones.
