Helado de vainilla
Helado de vainilla
Ingredientes: 3 yemas de huevo - 50 g de azúcar - 200 ml de leche - 100 ml de nata fresca
espesa - unas gotas de extracto de vainilla.
Hervir la leche. Batir las yemas de huevo y el azúcar en un bol hasta que la mezcla blanquee.
A continuación, verter la leche en el bol y mezclar bien. Incorporar la mezcla a la olla y ca-
lentar. Remover hasta que la mezcla forme una película en la parte posterior de una cuchara
de madera. Evitar que hierva. Incorporar la nata y el extracto de vainilla. Tras dejarlo enfriar,
verter la mezcla en el bol refrigerado (haciendo girar la cuchilla).
Helado de yogur y fresa
Ingredientes: 200 g de fresas - 60 g de azúcar - 250 ml de yogur natural.
Batir las fresas y pasarlas por un colador tamiz para evitar las semillas. Añadir el yogur y el
azúcar, y mezclar. Incorporar la mezcla al bol refrigerado (haciendo girar la cuchilla).
Sorbete de limón
Ingredientes: 120 ml de zumo de limón - zumo de ½ naranja - 170 g de azúcar - 170 ml de
agua - 1 clara de huevo.
Calentar los zumos, el agua y el azúcar en una olla. Remover hasta que hierva y cocinar a
fuego lento durante 2-3 minutos. Dejar enfriar. Batir la clara a punto de nieve e incorporarla a
la olla. Incorporar la mezcla al bol refrigerado (haciendo girar la cuchilla).
