Slow cooker Use instructions

Browning the meat and onions in a pan before starting slow cooking does not reduce the cooking time but will

improve the taste of the food.

Slow cooking retains humidity. If you wish to reduce the humidity at the end of cooking, remove the lid and set

the cooking mode to HIGH (high) and cook for another 30-45 minutes.

More advice and detailed recipes can be consulted on specic websites or cookbooks for “slow cooking”

Cleaning

Make sure that the product is switched off, disconnected from the socket and has cooled down before procee-

ding with any cleaning operation.

The ceramic pot and lid can be washed in the dishwasher or with a soft sponge soaked in water and neutral

soap.

In the heating base, condensation may form or some food residue may fall off, clean it with a damp cloth, DO

NOT put the heating base under the tap to wash it.

Do not use abrasive products to clean the product.

Before using the product for the rst time it is recommended to clean each component
