APRIRE IL SACCHETTO SIGILLATO
Per aprire il sacchetto sigillato e/o sottovuoto utilizzare una forbice e tagliare il sacchetto lungo l’area
sigillata.
RISIGILLARE UN SACCHETTO
E’ possibili risigillare gli alimenti nello stesso sacchetto, una volta aperto. Seguire le istruzioni del
“Funzionamento”.
Si possono utilizzare anche sacchetti diversi da quelli inclusi nella confezione, purché abbiano uno
spessore compreso tra 0,09 – 0,20 mm e una larghezza non superiore a 30 cm (in caso contrario
non è possibile effettuare la sigillatura, dato che il nastro sigillante è lungo 30 cm).
ALCUNI CONSIGLI
Non inserire troppi alimenti nel sacchetto. Lasciare uno spazio sufciente afnché sia possibile po-
sizionare una estremità del sacchetto nell’area di aspirazione.
Non bagnare il sacchetto all’estremità.
Pulire con le mani l’estremità del sacchetto che verrà sigillata. Assicurarsi che non vi sia alcun og-
getto che ostacoli la sigillatura stessa.
Non sigillare materiali contundenti o taglienti. Non aspirare barattoli o scatole.
Per sigillare cibi solidi (es. carne), aspirare e sigillare il sacchetto e conservarlo in freezer per alme-
no 24 ore.
Per sigillare cibi a base non solida (es. zuppe, stufati) è necessario prima congelare in un conteni-
tore; poi aspirare e sigillare e riporre il sacchetto nel freezer.
Le verdure possono essere prima precotte, magari bollendole in acqua, per poi essere sigillate.
PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE DELLA MACCHINA SOTTOVUOTO
Scollegare sempre la spina dalla corrente elettrica prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di ma-
nutenzione o pulizia.
Non immergere in acqua o in altri liquidi.
Non usare detersivi o agenti abrasivi per pulire la macchina sottovuoto.
Pulire la parte esterna della macchina sottovuoto con un panno morbido e leggermente umido.
Per pulire la parte interna della macchina sottovuoto è preferibile utilizzare un panno asciutto.
Asciugare bene ogni parte prima di utilizzare la macchina sottovuoto.
La guarnizione è rimovibile e può essere pulita con acqua e sapone. Assicurarsi che la guarnizione
sia ben asciutta prima di riposizionarla. Fare attenzione a non danneggiarla e ad inserirla nella cor-
retta posizione (all’interno della macchina sottovuoto).
PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE DEI SACCHETTI
Lavare il sacchetto con acqua tiepida ed un sapone delicato, risciacquare e lasciare asciugare com-
pletamente prima del nuovo utilizzo.
I sacchetti possono essere anche lavati in lavastoviglie.
Si consigli di buttare via i sacchetti che sono stati utilizzati per conservare cibi grassi.
