CONSIGLI PER L’USO
Non lasciar cuocere olio o grassi senza essere presenti.
Non toccare la supercie della piastra durante l’utilizzo o durante il raggiungimento della tempera-
tura impostata.
La piastra è stata ideata solo per riscaldare e per cucinare cibo. L’ utilizzo è consigliato solo quando
la pentola è su di essa.
Non utilizzare l’apparecchio in luoghi aperti.
Pentole
Per ottimizzare l’uso della piastra è necessario che le pentole abbiano un solido spessore di fondo
e possibilmente con diametro tra i 18 cm e 20 cm no ad un massimo di 12 litri di capacità.
FUNZIONAMENTO
Quando si utilizza la piastra per la prima volta, inserire la spina e posizionare il termostato sul livello
più alto per 3-5 minuti per eliminare l’eventuale polvere accumulatasi durante l’immagazzinamento.
Accendere l’apparecchio girando il termostato. Quando la spia luminosa si accende signica che
l’apparecchio è in funzione.
Girare il termostato per ottenere la temperatura desiderata. Sono presenti 5 livelli di temperatura:
1) cottura lenta, cibi delicati, addensare salse ecc.;
2) cottura grandi quantità di cibo;
3) cottura esterna di carne;
4) cottura ad alta temperatura;
5) ebollizione.
La spia luminosa si spegne quando la temperatura selezionata viene raggiunta. Un dispositivo fa in
modo che la temperatura si mantenga.
Non utilizzare l’apparecchio per più di un’ora.
Quando non si usa l’apparecchio controllare che la posizione dell’indicatore sia sul minimo e discon-
nettere dalla rete elettrica.
PULIZIA
Spegnere l’apparecchio e togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente e procedere alla pulizia della su-
percie sporca con un panno umido oppure con un detergente non aggressivo.
