Plancha de asar Manual de instrucciones
Bajar la plancha superior (8), dotada de cremallera móvil y creada para apoyar el alimento de forma
uniforme, cerrar con la manilla (7).
Tener cuidado con no tocar las partes calientes-
Para la cocción son necesarios alrededor de 4-5 minutos, aunque el tiempo depende de gustos
personales y del espesor del bocadillo/sandwich
Terminar la cocción, levantar la plancha superior (8) con la manilla (7), quitar el bocadillo/sandwich
usando una espátula de plástico (no incluida)
Durante esta operacióm tener cuidado en no tocar las zonas calientes.
No usar espátulas ni cuchillos de metal porque podrían dañar la plancha
Tiempos de cocción y algunos consejos
No meter la sal antes de preparar la carne
No cocinar demasiado la carne, es mejor un poco roja
No pinchar con cuchillos ni tenedores la carne mientras se prepara dado que la reseca. Utilizar
pinzas para moverla.
Para quitar el pescado utilizar una espátula para sostener el alimento.
LIMPIEZA Y MANUTENCIÓN DE LA PLANCHA
Antes de realizar cualquier operación de limpieza asegurarse de que la plancha está desenchufada
y fría.
Limpiar las planchas y la parte exterior con un paño húmedo.
Evitar el uso de utemsilios metálicos cortantes o productos abrasivos dado que podrían dañar el
exterior de las planchas..
No sumergir nunca la bistequera en agua u otros líquidos.
No lavar nunca bajo el agua corriente.
La bistequera puede guardarse sólo cuando está totalmente fría.
Colocar y regular las alturas de la plancha (4) en CHIUSO, la manilla (7) estará así bloqueada. La
bistequera es de este modo fácilmente transportable.
Enroscar el cable en su zona (12).
