Máquina de hacer quiches Manual de instrucciones
Ingredientes para 12 mini quiches:
• Setas del champiñón 250 g
• Puerros 1
• Jamón cocido 130 g
• 450g Hojaldre (2 paquetes)
• Huevos 4
• Queso parmesano 70 gr
• Crema de 200 ml
• diente de ajo 1
• extra virgen de oliva 4 cucharadas
• Sal al gusto
• Pimienta al gusto
Para preparar mini quiches con setas, puerros y jamón cocido, limpio y cortar las setas del
champiñón, freír un diente de ajo en una sartén antiadherente con dos cucharadas de aceite
de oliva y cocinar las setas picadas, añadir sal y pimienta. Mientras tanto, cocer los puerros
lavados y namente picados en una sartén diferente con una cucharada de aceite de oliva
durante unos 15/20 minutos.
Batir cuatro huevos y la nata en un bol, añadir y revolver bien el queso parmesano, sazonar
con sal y pimienta. Mantequillar los moldes para el quiche no se pegue en la placa y cortar/
colocar la masa de hojaldre en círculos de un diámetro de dos centímetros más anchos que
los moldes, utilizando ya sea un vaso o una taza.
Por último, cubrir los moldes con los discos de hojaldre y llenarlos. Añadir los champiñones,
puerros y jamón cocido picado mezcla a cada quiche y verter los huevos, la crema y parmesa-
no queso líquido en ellos hasta que se llene. Si usted no puede colocar los discos de hojaldre
dentro de los moldes en la placa, utilizando moldes de papel con un diámetro más pequeño.
Gire la placa, esperar que se caliente y cocine las quiches durante 8-10 minutos, hasta que
hayan alcanzado un tono dorado. Servir las mini quiches con setas, puerros y jamón aún
caliente!
