6 – Brancher la prise de courant électrique ; l’indicateur de fonctionnement correspondant à la fon-

ction MAINTIEN AU CHAUD s’allume.

7 – Abaisser la l’interrupteur, l’indicateur de fonctionnement correspondant à la fonction CUISSON

s’allume, et la cuisson vapeur commence.

Ne jamais couvrir les sorties vapeur du couvercle.

8 – En fonction du temps d’évaporation il est nécessaire d’équilibrer la perte d’eau. Ajouter éventuel-

lement un peu d’eau pendant le processus d’évaporation.

9 – A la n de la cuisson, positionner l’interrupteur vers le haut (le voyant de fonctionnement corre-

spondant au MAINTIEN AU CHAUD s’allume) et débrancher la prise du courant électrique.

10 – Ouvrir le couvercle.

ATTENTION ! Faire très attention à la sortie de vapeur bouillante
