Remarques sur le choix de fruits
1. Sélectionner des fruits et légumes frais : ils contiennent plus de jus. Des fruits utilisables : ananas,
betteraves, céleri, pommes, concombres, épinards, tomates, mandarines, raison etc.
2. Il n’est pas nécessaire d’enlever la pelure, si elle est mince, mais la pelure épaisse de manda-
rine, ananas, laitue, betterave, etc… oui. Les graines des agrumes devraient être enlevées car ils
rendent le jus amer.
3. En pressant les pommes, on obtient une concentration de jus qui dépend du type des pommes
sélectionnées.
Par conséquent sélectionner le type de pomme en fonction de la quantité de jus demandée.
4. Le jus de pomme fraîchement pressé récemment deviendra rapidement de couleur marron : en
ajoutant du jus de citron on ralentira le processus d’oxydation …
