BENNO BIKES LIMITED WARRANTY

Benno Bikes LLC (“Benno”) provides each original retail purchaser of a

new Benno bicycle a limited warranty against defects in material and/or

workmanship. The following conditions and limitations apply:

• Frames carry a ve year limited warranty for the original owner.

• Components (except tires, tubes, chains, brake pads and cables) are

warrantied for two years.

• Bosch offers a warranty of two years or 500 cycles. Commercial use is

reduced by one year.

• Benno branded accessories are warrantied for two years, provided

they have been properly installed by an authorized Benno dealer.

Reasonable charges for labor and shipping for the above items are included.

Both proof of purchase from an authorized Benno dealer and either

a validated warranty registration through an online submission at

www.bennobikes.com or a warranty registration card mailed directly to

Benno Bikes LLC are required to validate protection under this warranty.

Please register your bicycle within 30 days of purchase.

Normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, neglect, excessive loading,

improper assembly, improper t, or improper maintenance by anyone or the

use of parts and devices not consistent with the use originally intended for

the bicycle as sold are not covered under this limited warranty.

The bending of frames, forks, handlebars, seat-post, fenders, chainguards

and rims is excluded from warranty. Bending is a sign of abuse inconsistent

with bike’s intended use, and therefore not covered under this limited

warranty.

In order to validate your warranty it is necessary to have your bicycle

assembled by an authorized Benno dealer. This warranty is void in its

entirety by any modication of the frame, fork, components or accessories.

In the event that the bicycle has been used in stunt riding, ramp jumping,

acrobatics or similar activities; this warranty is void. No models except

those originally sold as electric bikes are designed to be used with a motor;

therefore use of a motor on any other models voids the warranty.

This warranty is not intended to supersede the owner’s obligation to inspect

and maintain the bicycle and to replace worn parts as needed. Failure to

properly maintain your Benno bicycle and perform maintenance or service

at appropriate intervals will void this warranty. The warranty does not

guarantee that the product will not wear out prematurely and/or fail. Benno

Bikes LLC will not replace any product under such circumstances.

IMPORTANT: This warranty does not cover any personal injuries, damages

or failure of the bicycle, or any other products, due to accident, misuse,

neglect, abuse or improper assembly. The user assumes the risk of any

personal injury, damage to or failure of the bicycle and any other losses of

the Benno bicycle if used for commercial purposes or in any competitive

event, including bicycle racing, bicycle motocross, dirt biking, freestyle

ramp jumping, or similar acrobatic events.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other warranties. Any implied

warranty, including any warranty of merchantability and/or tness,

shall be limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth

herein. Benno shall in no event be liable for incidental, consequential

or special losses, damages or expenses. Benno’s liability hereunder

is expressly limited to the replacement of the defective part and in no

event shall Benno’s liability exceed the original purchase price.

This warranty gives you specic legal rights and you may also have other

rights, which vary from country to country.
