RUOTA ANTERIORE - RIMONTAGGIO
Posiziona il rinvio contachilometri (4) sul lato des
tro della ruota inserendo la linguetta del rinvio nell'
apposita sede sul mozzo ruota (vedi figura 1).
Posiziona la ruota tra i 2 foderi della forcella.
Inserisci dal lato destro il perno ruota.
Inserisci tra il fodero sinistro e la ruota il distanziale.
Avvita il perno ruota 3 (fig. 1 ) rispettando la coppia
di serraggio (70 Nm).
Rimonta la pinza freno senza danneggiare le pasti
glie e i tubi freno e blocca le due viti 1 (g. 2) di fissag
gio al fodero sinistro rispettando le coppie di serrag
gio (23 Nm).
Rimuovi il supporto sotto il puntone.
Azionando la leva del freno anteriore, esercita ripe-
tutamente una pressione sul manubrio per fare affon
dare la forcella e permettere quindi l'assestamento del
la ruota.
Avvita la vite di bloccaggio-perno 2 (fig. 1) posta sul
fodero destro con una coppia di serraggio pari e non
superiore a 13 Nm.
Dopo ogni rimontaggio, fai controllare
il centraggio della ruota e le coppie di
serraggio da un Concessionario o Offi
cina Autorizzata Benelli. Controlla inoltre l'efficacia
del sistema frenante azionando ripetutamente la
leva del freno ed effettuando delle prove di frenata
in un luogo chiuso al traffico.
REASSEMBLING THE FRONT WHEEL
Put the odometer transmission (4) on the right
side of the wheel by inserting the transmission
tang
in the seat on the hub wheel (see figure 1).
Fit the wheel between the 2 fork sleeves.
Insert the wheel pin from the right side.
Insert the spacer between the left sleeve and
the wheel.
Tighten the wheel pin 3 (fig.1) with the prescri
bed torque (70 Nm).
Refit the brake caliper taking care not to damage
the pads and brake pipes. Tighten the two fixing
screws 1 (fig.2) on the left sleeve with the prescri
bed torque (23 Nm).
Remove the support from under the sprag.
Operate the front brake lever and repeatedly
push down the handlebar to allow the fork to
sink and the wheel bedding.
Tighten the pin fixing screw 2 (fig.1) situated on the
right sleeve with a torque not greater than 13 Nm.
After every reassembly, have the wheel
centering and the tightening torques
checked by a Benelli Dealer or Autho
rized Workshop. Check the braking system efficiency
by repeatedly operating the brake lever and testing
the braking far from busy streets.
