OLIO MOTORE - SOSTITUZIONE
RENEWING THE ENGINE OIL
HUILE MOTEUR - VIDAGE
MOTORÖLWECHSEL
ACEITE MOTOR - SUSTITUCIÓN
• Posizionare il veicolo sul cavalletto centrale e su
una superficie piana.
ASSICURARSI CHE IL VEICOLO SIA PERFETTA
MENTE DIRITTO PRIMA DI CONTROLLARE IL
LIVELLO DELL'OLIO.
• Avviare il motore e farlo riscaldare per pochi minuti.
• Spegnere il motore.
• Rimuovere l’astina di controllo livello olio motore 1
(fig.1).
• Rimuovere il tappo di scarico olio 2 (fig. 2) con la
relativa molla di compressione 3 (fig. 2).
• Rimuovere il filtro dell'olio 4 (fig. 2).
• Attendere tutto lo scarico dell'olio motore.
Controllare lo stato dell'O-ring 5 (fig.
2) sul tappo di scarico olio motore 2
(fig. 2) e se danneggiato provvedere alla
sostituzione con uno nuovo.
• Provvedere al rimontaggio del tappo scarico olio
motore 2 (fig. 2) in senso inverso allo smontaggio,
con coppia di serraggio 32 Nm (3,2 kg-m).
• Effettuare l'immissione dell'olio motore tramite il
relativo foro 6 (fig. 1) senza superare il livello olio
motore "MAX" (fig. 1).
• Put the vehicle on its central stand on a flat
surface.
MAKE SURE THE VEHICLE IS STRAIGHT BEFORE
YOU CHECK THE OIL LEVEL.
• Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes.
• Switch off the engine.
• Pull out the oil dipstick 1 (fig.1).
• Remove the oil drain plug 2 (Jig.2) and the rele
vant compression spring 3 (fig.2).
• Remove the oil filter 4 (fig.2).
• Wait until the engine oil has completely drained.
Check the 0 ring 5 condition (fig.2) on the
engine oil drain plug 2 (fig.2). Replace it
with a new one it it is damaged.
• Refit the engine oil drain plug 2 (fig.2) following the
above operations in the reverse order. Tighten with
torque of 32 Nm (3,2 kg-m).
• Pour in the engine oil through the hole 6 (fig.1)
without exceeding the engine oil "MAX" level mark
(fig.1).
