5 DEMONTAGE / MONTAGE VAN DE RUIT, REGELAPPARATUUR EN BRANDER
5.1 DEMONTAGE
1 Sluit de gastoevoerkraan.
2 Schroef de 2 schroeven (om de deur te fi xeren) links- en recht-onder enkele
slagen los.
3 Verwijder de deur, door deze op te lichten en naar voren weg te nemen.
Gebruik werkhandschoenen voor
het uitnemen van de deur !
4 Verwijder de stammenset en de embers, of marmersplit-set.
5 Verwijder voorzichtig het rooster (rondom de brander). Voorkom beschadigingen
aan de wanden!
6 Demontage waakvlam: Schroef de 2 schroefjes langs de waakvlam los. Verwijder
het windkapje. Aan de voorzijde kan men nu de complete “oxy-stop” waakvlam
demonteren.
7 Demontage hoofdbrander: Schroef de 2 boutjes (Links en Rechts) van de hoofd-
brander los. Maak de knelverbinding met de hoofdbranderleiding los. Men kan nu
de hoofdbrander uitnemen.
8 Alle componenten zijn nu bereikbaar en demontabel.
5.2 MONTAGE
De montage dient in omgekeerde volgorde te geschieden. Let op dat het afdichtkoord
van de glasplaat goed aansluit. Elke gasverbinding, die los is geweest, dient na
montage weer met zeepwater of een lekzoeker op dichtheid te worden gecontroleerd.
