This child seat has been designed to provide maximum
comfort and safety for your child. It is essential to use
it correctly to ensure the best possible protection.
Research shows that many child seats are not fitted and
used correctly, which reduces their effectiveness in the
event of an accident. Carefully read the instructions
before using the child seat. Follow them accurately
and keep them for future reference.
Using the child seat drastically reduces the risk of injury
in the event of an accident. Most accidents occur in
urban areas: always use the child seat, even for short
journeys. Do not hold the child in your arms: in the event
of an accident, it would be impossible to hold the child.

Warnings
1 - This is a “Universal” child restraint. It is
approved in accordance with Regulation No. 44,
amendments series 04. It is suitable for general
use in vehicles and is compatible with most, but
not all, car seats.
2 - Perfect compatibility is more likely if the vehicle
manufacturer has declared in the handbook that
it is suitable for the installation of “Universal”
child restraints for the age group in question.
3 - This child restraint has been classified as
“Universal” under more stringent conditions
than those applied to earlier models that do not
carry this notice.
4 - This child restraint is only suitable for use
in vehicles fitted with 3-point static or inertia
reel safety belts approved in accordance with
UN/ECE Regulation No.16 or other equivalent
standards.
5 - If in doubt, consult either the child restraint
manufacturer or the retailer.

Carefully follow the instructions to use the device.
Do not tamper with or modify the child seat in any way.
Warning: if the child seat is assembled or used
incorrectly, the safety of the child may be seriously
jeopardized.
Position the child seat so that it cannot be damaged when
the car doors are closed, when the seats are adjusted or
during similar actions.
Do not leave an unattended child in the seat.
Do not leave the child seat in the car in the sun: the
plastic parts may become very hot.
Make sure that luggage and other items in the car are
well-fastened. All passengers must wear safety belts.
Fasten the child seat to the car seat with the car’s seat
belts even when there is no child in it.
Periodically check the condition of the child seat. Replace
the seat if it is damaged or shows signs of wear.
Do not use the product if there are any broken or missing
parts.
Only use original spare parts.
In the event of an accident
All passengers must be informed about how to take the
child out of the seat.
The child seat must be replaced after an accident: it may
have suffered damage that is not visible on the outside.
Comfort
When the child seat is used on the back seat, make
sure that there is enough room for the child’s feet. If
necessary, move the front seat slightly forward.
Take frequent breaks during long journeys so that the
child is free to move around.

Check and if necessary adjust the height of the safety
harness (N) before fitting the child seat in a car.
