Confirma que los ganchos superiores puedan colocarse en el borde
metálico delantero de la tapa del baúl o de la puerta trasera.
¡NUNCA los sujetes a objetos de plástico, vidrio o molduras!
NO abras la tapa del baúl o la puerta trasera si tienes un
portabicicletas cargado.
NO coloques las correas superiores SOBRE los alerones, si quedan
rozando. De ser posible, siempre pásalas por debajo de los alerones.

Confirma que los ganchos laterales se
puedan montar en el borde metálico
lateral de la tapa del baúl o de la
puerta trasera.
Los ganchos deben sujetarse
con correas lo más cerca posible
del portabicicletas. Para asegurarte,
colócalas y luego trata de deslizarlas a
lo largo. Si se aflojan, vuélvelas a apretar.

Este brazo, que es una de las mayores ventajas
de nuestros portabicicletas, puede girarse hacia
arriba para poderlo ajustar correctamente a
vehículos que tienen baúl, como los sedanes,
cupés y algunos con puerta trasera.
Evita las áreas planas y poco resistentes en
el centro de la tapa del baúl; trata de colocar
el portabicicletas más hacia el borde trasero
del baúl.

Confirma que los ganchos inferiores se
puedan instalar en el borde metálico inferior
del baúl o de la puerta trasera. Si esto no es
posible, los ganchos se pueden asegurar en
la estructura del parachoques o en los puntos
de remolque del chasis del vehículo.
Las correas deben quedar alejadas del
sistema de escape del vehículo, ¡y no deben
rozar bordes de metal afilados!
