3.13 Terugbellen bij bezet (intern)
De faciliteit terugbellen bij bezet geeft u de mogelijkheid om gewaarschuwd te
worden als een intern bezet toestel weer vrij is.
Let op! Deze faciliteit werk alleen als u bezettoon hoort! Dit is mede afhankelijk
van de faciliteit 2

oproepen betekent dat u kunt kiezen of u, als u bezet bent, een 2
e
gesprek wilt
ontvangen . 2

oproepen kunnen op toestelbasis worden geprogrammeerd en
apart voor interne en externe gesprekken. Standaard staat deze faciliteit
ingeschakeld.
Interne 2
e
oproep
Als u interne 2
e
oproepen heeft ingeschakeld, dan hoort u een alerttoon als
indicatie dat er een gesprek achter uw toestel staat. De partij die achter uw
toestel wacht hoort vrijtoon.
Als u interne 2
e
oproepen heeft uitgeschakeld, dan hoort u niets. De partij die het
toestel belt hoort in gesprek toon.
Externe 2
e
oproep
Als u externe 2
e
oproep heeft ingeschakeld, dan hoort u een alert toon als
indicatie dat er een extern gesprek achter uw toestel staat. De externe partij die
achter het toestel wacht hoort vrijtoon. Als u externe 2
e
oproep heeft
uitgeschakeld, dan hoort u niets. De externe partij die het toestel belt hoort in
gesprek toon.
Restricties bij een 2
e
oproep
De volgende restricties kunnen in bepaalde gevallen gelden:
1. Er is geen alerttoon hoorbaar als de gebruiker het maximale aantal
gesprekken (10 stuks) in de wacht overschrijdt.
2. Er is geen alerttoon als de partij waarmee de gebruiker in gesprek is al
alerttoon hoort.
