Gebruiksaanwijzing Forum Phone 320
Forum 300 20
"Privé tel.boek": Met behulp van dit telefoonboek heeft u toegang tot eigen
verkort kiezennummers. U heeft de mogelijkheid om maximaal 20 nummers te
programmeren.
"Algemeen tel.boek": Met behulp van dit telefoonboek heeft u toegang tot
algemene snelkiesnummers die door de beheerder voor algemeen gebruik zijn
aangemaakt. Het algemene telefoonboek heeft de mogelijkheid om maximaal 200
nummers op te slaan.
"Toestellijst": In deze lijst staan alle interne toestellen van de Forum 300.
Maak uw keuze en volg de aanwijzingen op het display.
3.3 Zoekfunctie in het telefoonboek
Door één klik op de linker muistoets in het onderstaande menu, kan de met ‘’
gemarkeerde contactpersoon worden geselecteerd. Door het invullen van de
eerste letter(s) van de naam van de contactpersoon in het zoekveld, kan snel
worden gezocht.

Mogelijkheid 1:
Kies het eerste karakter van de naam van de contactpersoon. Voor de
contactpersoon Jan Smit, moet dus voor de ‘J’ een ‘5’ op het toestel worden
gekozen.

U kunt er voor kiezen om meerdere letters van de naam in te toetsen. Voor Jan
Smit kan bijvoorbeeld ‘JAN’ (5, 2 en twee maal 6) worden ingetoetst om de
contactpersoon sneller te kunnen vinden.
Opmerking!
Het is ook mogelijk om de bovenstaande contactpersonen in te voeren als
‘Alleman, Jan’ en ‘Smit, Jan’. Dit kan de snelheid bij het zoeken ten goede komen.

Blader met “

” door de lijst en druk op “Kies” om in de bovenstaande
afbeelding, Jan Alleman te bellen.
Opmerking!
Het is mogelijk dat een contactpersoon meerdere nummers heeft. Bijvoorbeeld
een vast toestelnummer en een mobiel toestelnummer. Deze twee nummers
moeten afzonderlijk worden aangemaakt (Jan Smit Vast, Jan Smit Mobiel).
3.4 Gemiste oproepen
Uw Forum Phone 320 toestel onthoudt voor u de laatste 10 inkomende oproepen
die u niet heeft beantwoord.
Uw display geeft aan dat u één of meer inkomende oproepen heeft gemist.
