Vraag: waarom kan ik een communicatiesysteem niet indirect via
een ander communicatiesysteem bereiken?
U hebt bijvoorbeeld drie communicatiesystemen door middel van
twee vaste Q.SIG-verbindingen onderling verbonden. Bij het
instellen van de routes hebt u de instelling Type op de standaard-
waarde Bedrijf” laten staan. Het doorverbinden van interne oproe-
pen door het middelste communicatiesysteem is echter alleen
voor interne routes mogelijk. Wijzig de instelling Type voor alle
betrokken routes en zet de instelling op “Intern”.

Vraag: het is niet mogelijk om een netwerkverbinding met de
Forum 5050 op te bouwen.
Controleer of het controlelampje op de switch en op de netwerk-
kaart van de PC’s een correcte verbinding aangeven.
Om vervolgens te controleren of er een netwerkverbinding met de
Forum 5050 bestaat, voert u in het Windows startmenu onder
“Uitvoeren” het commando “Ping IP-adres” (bv. ping
192.168.99.254) in.
Vraag: hoe kan ik het IP-adres van de Forum 5050 te weten
komen?
Om het IP-adres te weten te komen, voert u aan een aangesloten
systeemtelefoon de kentgetalprocedure
*182 in.
Met de procedure
*183 kan u ook het netmask bekijken.
Vraag: de netwerkverbinding functioneert maar in de browser
wordt niets weergegeven.
Voer het IP-adres van de Forum 5050 volledig in, inclusief de ken-
merken van het protocol, bijvoorbeeld http://192.168.99.254/.
Controleer of de browser voor een verbinding via een proxy-ser-
ver is ingesteld. Als dat het geval is deactiveert u de instelling
“verbinding via proxy-server”.
