Met de heteluchtfunctie kunt u gerechten net zo bereiden als in een traditionele oven. De magnetronfunctie wordt niet gebruikt. De oven wordt erg
heet. Gebruik daarom altijd ovenhandschoenen.
KOKEN MET HETELUCHT (traditioneel koken)
1. Druk éénmaal op de convection-toets. De HETELUCHT indicator licht op.
In het display verschijnt: “100C” en “DRUK OP START OM VOOR TE
VERWARMEN OF STEL DE TIJD IN”
2. Druk net zo vaak op de convection-toets tot in het display de gewenste
grillstand wordt aangegeven.
Kijk in de onderstaande grilltabel voor meer informatie.
3. Draai aan de draaiknop om de tijd in te stellen. Als u bijvoorbeeld een kooktijd
van 10 minuten en 30 seconden in wilt stellen, draait u de knop rechtsom tot
“10:30” en “DRUK OP START” in het display verschijnt. (U kunt maximaal
60 minuten instellen.)
4. Druk op de start/speedy cook-toets. Het licht in de oven gaat aan en het
plateau gaat draaien. De tijdsaanduiding telt af tijdens het koken.
Let op: u kunt de ingestelde temperatuur tijdens het koken controleren door op de convection-toets te drukken.
Bereiding
Suggesties voor het gebruik
Deze methode is ideaal voor het bereiden van meringues, koekjes,
cakejes, brood, pasteien, vruchtencakes en alle soorten gebak.
Brooddeeg kunt u laten rijzen met de 40°c instelling.
Denk er aan dat de oven erg heet wordt
Plaats alle gerechten op een rooster (hoog of laag).
De beste resultaten bereikt u met het hoge rooster.
Kookgerei
Gebruik ovenbestendig kookgerei.
Wanneer de magnetronfunctie niet gebruikt wordt kunt u ook
metalen bakblikken op het rooster zetten. Er bestaat dan geen
gevaar voor vonken.
