The lock sign is blinking and wont let us open the door, we tried resetting, unplugging, and draining the water, still no results. Submitted on 24-8-2024 at 14:51

The water goes inside the machine but not in one time; it enters in five or six steps.
After that the panel turns off and the water inside the machine goes to the sewage.
