Sommige (eenvoudige) defecten kunnen correct worden behandeld door de
eindgebruiker zonder dat dit aanleiding geeft tot veiligheidsproblemen of een
onveilig gebruik, op voorwaarde dat ze worden uitgevoerd binnen de limieten en in
overeenstemming met de volgende instructies (zie het hoofdstuk “Zelf-reparatie”).
Om die reden, tenzij anderzijds toegelaten in het onderstaande hoofdstuk ‘Zelf-
reparatie”, moeten reparaties worden uitgevoerd door geregistreerde professionele
monteurs om veiligheidsproblemen te voorkomen. Een geregistreerde professionele
monteur is een professionele monteur die toegang heeft gekregen tot de instructies en
de lijst met reserveonderdelen van dit product door de fabrikant, in overeenstemming
met de methoden beschreven in wetsbesluiten in overeenstemming met Richtlijn
2009/125/EC.
Hoewel, de onderhouds- en reparatiewerken in het kader van de
garantievoorwaarden mogen uitsluitend worden uitgevoerd door de
gespecialiseerd vertegenwoordiger (m.a.w. geautoriseerde professionele
monteurs) die u kunt bereiken via het telefoonnummer vermeld in de
gebruikshandleiding/garantiekaart of via uw geautoriseerde verdeler. Om die
reden zullen reparaties die worden uitgevoerd door professionele monteurs
(die niet zijn geautoriseerd door Beko) de garantie nietig verklaren.
Zelf-reparatie
De eindgebruiker kan de volgende reserveonderdelen zelf repareren: deur
handgrepen,deur scharnieren, laden, manden en deurpakkingen (een bijgewerkte lijst is
ook beschikbaar op support.beko.com op 1 maart 2021).
Bovendien, om de veiligheid van het product te garanderen en het risico van
ernstig letsel te voorkomen, moet de vermelde zelf-reparatie worden uitgevoerd
in overeenstemming met de instructies in de handleiding voor zelf-reparatie of die
beschikbaar is in in support.beko.com Uit veiligheidsoverwegingen moet u de stekker
van het product loskoppelen voor u een zelf-reparatie probeert uit te voeren.
