Wine cellar byggdes för att inrymma upp till 28 frontflaskor + 3 flaskor tillgängliga med hjälp av ett
teleskopstativ. Dessa angivna maximala kvantiteter ges endast i informationssyfte och motsvarar test
som utförts med en standardflaska ”Bordelaise 75 cl”.
2- Rekommenderad optimala serveringstemperaturer
Vårt råd: Om du blandar olika typer av viner, välj en inställning på 12 °C precis som i en riktig källare.
För vita viner som ska serveras mellan 6 och 10°, tänk på att sätta in dina flaskor i kylskåp 1/2 timme
innan servering, kylskåpet kommer att kunna behålla flaskorna vid önskad temperatur. När det gäller
röda viner, kommer de att värmas upp långsamt vid rumstemperatur när de serveras.

15 -16 °C Fina Bourgogne-viner, röda
14 -16 °C Grand crus (bra årgångar) av torra vita viner
11 -12 °C Lätta, fruktiga och unga röda viner
