Guarantee Details

Your new Beko product s guaranteed

aganst faulty materals, defectve

components or manufacturng defects.

The guarantee starts from the date of

orgnal purchase of the product for a

perod of twelve (12) months unless Beko

plc (the “Manufacturer”) agrees to extend

the guarantee for the product n wrtng.

If you have any questons about the

guarantee on your product (ncludng how

long t s vald), please contact your retaler

or our Call Centre on 0333 207 9710.

Ths guarantee does not n any way

dmnsh or affect your statutory

rghts n connecton wth the product.

Ths guarantee s n addton to your

statutory rghts as a consumer. If you

have any questons about these rghts,

please contact the retaler from whch

you purchased the product. In certan

crcumstances, t s possble that your

statutory rghts may offer addtonal or

hgher levels of protecton than those

offered under the terms of ths guarantee.

What s covered by ths

guarantee?

• Repars to the product requred as a

result of faulty materals, defectve

components or manufacturng defects.

• Functonal replacement parts to repar

a product.

• The costs of a Beko Approved Engneer

to carry out the repar.

What s not covered?

• Transt and delvery damage.

• Cabnet or appearance parts, ncludng

but not lmted to control knobs, flaps

and handles.

• Accessores and/or consumable tems

ncludng but not lmted to ce trays,

scrapers, cutlery baskets, flters and

lght bulbs.

• Repars necessary as a drect or ndrect

result of:

- Accdental damage, msuse or abuse of

a product.

- An attempted repar of a product by

anyone other than a Beko Approved

Engneer (the “Engneer”).

- Installaton or use of a product where

such nstallaton or use fals to meet

the requrements contaned n ths

guarantee or the User Instructons

Booklet.

• Repars to a product operated at any

tme on commercal or non-resdental

household premses (unless we have

prevously agreed to the nstallaton

envronment).

Ths guarantee s lmted to the cost of

reparng the product. To the extent

permtted by law, the Manufacturer does

not accept and wll not be held lable for

any fnancal loss ncurred n connecton

wth the falure of any product to operate

n accordance wth the expected standards.

Such fnancal loss ncludes but s not

lmted to loss arsng from:

• Tme taken off work.

• Damaged food, clothng or other tems.

• Meals taken at restaurants or from

takeaways.

• General compensaton for

nconvenence.
