6.1 Unpackng nspecton
•
Open the box and check unt n area wth good ventlaton (open the door and wndow) and wthout
gnton source.

Note: Operators are requred to wear ant-statc devces.
•
It s necessary to check by professonal whether there s refrgerant leakage before openng the
box; stop nstallng the ar condtoner f leakage s found.
•
The fre preventon equpment and ant-statc precautons shall be prepared well before checkng.
Then check the refrgerant ppelne to see f there s any collson traces, and whether the outlook s
good.
6.2 Safety prncples for nstallng ar condtoner
•
Fre preventon devce shall be prepared before nstallaton.
•
Keep nstallng ste ventlated.(open the door and wndow)
•
Ignton source, smokng and callng s not allowed to exst n area where R290 refrgerant located.
•
Ant-statc precautons n necessary for nstallng ar condtoner, e.g. wear pure cotton clothes and
gloves.
•
Keep leak detector n workng state durng the nstallaton.
•
If R290 refrgerant leakage occurs durng the nstallaton, you shall mmedately detect the
concentraton n ndoor envronment untl t reaches a safe level. If refrgerant leakage affects the
performance of the unt, please mmedately stop the operaton, and the unt must be vacuumed
frstly and be returned to the mantenance staton for processng.
•
Keep electrc applance, power swtch, plug, socket, hgh temperature heat source and hgh statc
away from the area underneath sdelnes of unt.
•
The unt shall be nstalled n an accessble locaton to nstallaton and mantenance, wthout
obstacles that may block ar nlets or outlets of unts, and shall keep away from heat source,
nflammable or explosve condtons.
6.3 Requrements for nstallaton poston
•
Avod places of nflammable or explosve gas leakage or where there are strongly aggressve gases.
•
Avod places subject to strong artfcal electrc/magnetc felds.
•
Avod places subject to nose and resonance.
