normativa IEC 60079-15:2010.
Informazioni sulle procedure di lavoro corrette:
a) Messa in servizio
•
Assicurarsi che la superficie del suolo sia sufficiente per ricaricare
il refrigerante o che il condotto di ventilazione sia assemblato
correttamente.
•
Collegare i tubi e condurre un test di tenuta prima di caricare il
refrigerante.
•
Controllare le apparecchiature per la sicurezza prima della messa
in servizio.
b) Manutenzione
•
L'apparecchio portatile deve essere riparato all’esterno o in
un luogo appositamente adibito alla riparazione di unità con
refrigeranti infiammabili.
•
Garantire una ventilazione sufficiente nel luogo di riparazione.
•
Malfunzionamenti dell'apparecchio possono essere provocati da
dispersioni di refrigerante e sono possibili perdite di refrigerante.
•
Scaricare i condensatori in modo che non producano scintille. La
procedura standard per cortocircuitare i terminali dei condensatori
crea generalmente scintille.
•
Rimontare accuratamente gli involucri sigillati. Se le guarnizioni
sono consumate, sostituirle.
•
Controllare le apparecchiature per la sicurezza prima della messa
in servizio.
