Le apparecchiature di recupero devono essere in buone condizioni
con una serie di istruzioni relative alle apparecchiature a portata
di mano e devono essere adeguate per il recupero dei refrigeranti
infiammabili. Inoltre, una serie di bilance calibrate deve essere
disponibile e in buone condizioni. I flessibili devono essere dotati di
attacchi di scollegamento privi di perdite e in buone condizioni. Prima
di utilizzare la macchina di recupero, verificare che sia in condizioni
di funzionamento soddisfacente, sia stata effettuata una corretta
manutenzione e tutti i componenti elettrici associati siano sigillati
per evitare la combustione in caso di rilascio di refrigerante. In caso
di dubbi, consultare il produttore.
Il refrigerante recuperato deve essere riportato al fornitore del
refrigerante nella bombola di recupero adeguata e con la relativa
Nota di trasferimento dei rifiuti compilata. Non mischiare i
refrigeranti in unità di recupero e, soprattutto, non in bombole.
Se si devono rimuovere compressori o olio per compressori,
assicurarsi che siano stati evacuati ad un livello accettabile per
garantire che il refrigerante infiammabile non rimanga all'interno del
lubrificante. Il processo di evacuazione deve essere effettuato prima
di riportare il compressore ai fornitori. Adottare esclusivamente il
riscaldamento elettrico sul corpo del compressore per accelerare
questo processo. Quando si scarica l'olio da un sistema, l'operazione
deve essere eseguita in modo sicuro.
