a) Acquisire familiarità con le apparecchiature e il relativo
funzionamento.
b) Isolare elettricamente il sistema.
c) Prima di eseguire la procedura, verificare quanto segue:
le apparecchiature meccaniche di movimentazione sono
disponibili, ove necessario, per la movimentazione di bombole
di refrigerante; tutte le attrezzature di protezione individuale
sono disponibili e devono essere utilizzate in modo corretto;
il processo di recupero è monitorato in ogni momento da
personale competente; le apparecchiature di recupero e le
bombole devono essere conformi agli standard adeguati.
d) Ove possibile, pompare il sistema di refrigerante.
e) Se il vuoto non è possibile, fare in modo che un collettore
rimuova il refrigerante da varie parti del sistema.
f) Assicurarsi che la bombola si trovi sulle bilance prima di
effettuare il recupero.
g) Avviare la macchina di recupero e azionarla in conformità alle
istruzioni del produttore.
h) Non riempire eccessivamente le bombole. (Non oltre l'80% del
volume di carica del liquido).
i) Non superare la pressione massima di esercizio delle bombole,
seppure temporaneamente.
