7 Fouten opsporen
Controleer de volgende punten voordat u de onderhoudsdienst belt. Dit kan u
tijd en geld besparen. Deze lijst omvat regelmatige klachten die niet voortkomen
uit defect vakmanschap of materiaalgebruik. Het is mogelijk dat bepaalde functies
die hier beschreven zijn niet tot uw product behoren.
De koelkast werkt niet.
• De stekker zit niet op de juiste manier in het stopcontact. >>>Zorg ervoor dat de
stekker veilig in het stopcontact wordt geplaatst.
• De zekering van het stopcontact waarop de koelkast is aangesloten of de
hoofdzekering is gesprongen. >>>Controleer de zekering.
Condensvorming langs de wand van het koelgedeelte (MULTI ZONE, COOL
CONTROL en FLEXI ZONE).
• Omgeving is erg koud. >>>Plaats de koelkast niet in een ruimte waar de
temperatuur lager kan worden dan 10°C.
• De deur van de koelkast werd regelmatig open gemaakt. >>>Open en sluit de
deur van de koelkast niet te veel.
• Omgeving is erg vochtig. >>>Plaats de koelkast niet in een vochtige ruimte.
• Voedsel met veel vloeistoffen wordt in open bakjes bewaard. >>>Bewaar dit
soort voedsel in gesloten bakjes.
• De deur van de koelkast staat op een kier. >>>Sluit de deur van de koelkast.
• De thermostaat staat veel te laag. >>>Zet de thermostaat hoger.
De compressor draait niet
• Thermische bescherming van de compressor kan springen gedurende
plotselinge stroomuitval of afsluiting van de stroomtoevoer wanneer de druk
van het koelmiddel in het koelsysteem van de koelkast niet in balans is. De
koelkast gaat na ongeveer 6 minuten draaien. Neem contact op met de
onderhoudsdienst wanneer uw koelkast na deze periode niet start.
• De koelkast zit in een ontdooicyclus. >>>Dit is normaal voor een volledig
automatisch ontdooiende koelkast. Ontdooicylus vindt periodiek plaats.
• De stekker van de koelkast steekt niet in het stopcontact. >>>Zorg ervoor dat
de stekker in het stopcontact zit.
• De temperatuuraanpassingen werden niet correct uitgevoerd. >>>Kiest een
geschikte temperatuurwaarde.
• Er is een stroomstoring. >>>Zodra de storing is verholpen keert de koelkast
terug naar normale werking.
