Gofres al estilo de Bruselas
Utilice los siguientes ingredientes para
unos 6 gofres:
200 g de mantequilla
120 g de azúcar
200 ml de leche
350 g de harina
2 huevos
1/2 sobre de levadura química
1 sobre de vainilla azucarada
1 pizca de sal
aprox. 50 ml de agua mineral
la cáscara rallada de un limón
Proceda de la siguiente manera:
1. Batir la mantequilla con el azúcar, la
vainilla azucarada y la sal hasta que
quede todo espumoso y echar los
huevos poco a poco removiendo con-
tinuamente.
2. Añadir la cáscara de limón.
3. Mezclar la harina con la levadura
química y echar a la masa alternando
con leche y removiendo bien.
4. Añada finalmente un poquito de agua
mineral a la masa.
Limpieza y conservación
PELIGRO
¡Peligro por corriente eléctrica!
No introduzca jamás el aparato ni el
enchufe en el agua ni en otros líqui-
dos.
No ponga nunca el aparato bajo el
agua corriente.
ADVERTENCIA
Peligro de quemadura con las superficies
calientes.
Deje que se enfríe el aparato antes de
limpiarlo.
ATENCIÓN
Peligro de que se deteriore el recubri-
miento antiadherente de las superficies
de cocción.
No utilice productos de limpieza
abrasivos para no deteriorar el
aparato.
Proceda de la siguiente manera:
1. Desconecte el enchufe de la caja del
enchufe.
2. Limpie el aparato con un paño
húmedo.
3. Limpie las superficies de cocción (8,9)
con un paño húmedo.
Almacenamiento
Limpie el aparato y los accesorios como
se describe en el capítulo Limpieza y
conservación (página 43)
Guarde el aparato y todos sus accesorios
en un lugar seco, limpio y a prueba de
heladas protegido contra la luz solar di-
recta.
