Zuppa di lenticchie
Ingredienti per 4 persone:
2 cucchiai d’olio d’oliva e 1 cipolla
1 piede di porro, 3 carote
¼ radice di sedano
250 g lenticchie
5 patate
sale, pepe, timo
1 l brodo vegetale
1 cucchiaio d’aceto
Sbucciate la cipolla e tagliatela a cubetti,
lavate la verdura e tagliatela a pezzetti.
Sbucciate le patate e tagliatele a pezzi
più grandi. Versate l’olio nella pentola a
pressione e doratevi la cipolla.
Aggiungete le patate, la verdura e le
lenticchie e riempite di brodo vegetale.
Condite il tutto con le spezie e gli aromi.
Chiudete la pentola. Il tempo di cottura al
livello II è di circa 10 minuti. Aprite la
pentola a pressione e infine versate
l’aceto.
