NL Omni Perfect

Voeg de gewassen en gesneden prei toe
en strooi de gort erin. Sluit de pan en laat
de soep op stand II 30 minuten sudderen.
Open de pan en doe de geschilde en in
dobbelsteentjes gesneden aardappelen
bij de soep. Sluit de pan weer en laat de
soep op stand II nog 10 minuten doorko-
ken. Na de gaartijd de pan openen, soep
op smaak brengen en de worstjes in de
soep opwarmen.
Garnalenrisotto
Benodigdheden voor 3-4 personen:
3 eetlepels olie
1 ui
2 teentjes knoook
400 g rijst voor risotto
800 ml groentenbouillon
200 ml witte wijn
3 porties garnalen
Iets peterselie en rozemarijn, gehakt
Zout en peper
Olijfolie in de snelkookpan doen en de
klein gesneden ui en de geperste knoook
daarin fruiten. Meng de rijst erdoor en
voeg vervolgens het zout, de groenten-
bouillon en de witte wijn toe.
Sluit de pan, de gaartijd op stand II be-
draagt ca. 10 minuten. Open de pan en
voeg de garnalen en de gehakte kruiden
toe. Breng de risotto al roerende aan de
kook. Breng het geheel met zout en peper
op smaak.
Linzensoep
Benodigdheden voor 4 personen:
2 eetlepels olie
1 ui
1 prei
3 worteltjes
1/4 knolselderij
250 g linzen
5 aardappelen
zout, peper, tijm
1 l groentenbouillon
1 theelepel azijn
De ui schillen en in dobbelsteentjes
snijden, de groenten schoonmaken en
in stukjes snijden. Aardappelen schillen
en in grotere stukken snijden. Olie in de
snelkookpan doen en het uitje erin fruiten.
Aardappelen, groenten en de linzen toe-
voegen en met de groentenbouillon opvul-
len. Het geheel met de kruiden en spece-
rijen op smaak afmaken. Sluit de pan. De
gaartijd op trap II is ongeveer 10 minuten.
Open de pan en doe ten slotte de azijn bij
de linzen.
