any components are damaged, the utensil should not be used. Contact qualified

Place the utensil on a heat-resistant, dry, flat surface.
Check whether the crumb trays have been inserted properly.
NOTE: Slight smoke may develop the first time you use the toaster, provide for
adequate airing.
6. Use
Note the following for trouble-free toast making:
A different level of browning can be selected according to the type of bread and your
personal taste. Light white bread, currant bread or waffles must be toasted on a low
setting darker and heavier types of bread require a higher setting.
Set the browning level to 5 (standard setting) to start with until you are familiar with
the equipment.
Only use bread that fits in the toasting slots. If you press thick toast into the slot by
force, the automatic drive will not work properly.
ATTENTION: Do not try to remove jammed toast from the toast slots with a
knife or other tool. Pull out the mains plug and let the unit cool down before
eliminating the fault.
Special features of the toaster:
The toaster has a lift function which allows you to lift small pieces of toast out more
easily. When the toast is ready, push the start button upwards to lift the toast up the
slots.
The toaster has two separate sections. Two toast slots respectively are controlled by
a separate controller. So you can toast with different browning levels at the same
time or save energy when preparing smaller amounts of toast.
The blue display backlight turns off 30 seconds after the last key function. Press + or
– or the start button to turn on the backlight. Only when the light is activated, the
button for a desired action can be pressed, for examplke the reheat button.
The toaster has the following function buttons:
TOASTING FROZEN BREAD
The Blue Light 4+ Toaster can even toast frozen bread in best quality if
necessary. Start toasting as normal. Then push the function button. The button
then lights up as well. Toasting can be ended with the Cancel button at any
time.
REHEATING TOAST
This function allows you to reheat toasted bread. Start toasting as normal. Then
push the function button. The button then lights up as well. Reheating can be
ended with the Cancel button at any time.
