4. Setze den Deckel auf den Kaffeebehälter und setze diesen
auf die Kaffeekanne.
5. Stelle die Kaffeekanne zusammen mit dem Kaffeebehälter
auf die Abstellfl äche des Gestells.
6. Befülle den Wasserbehälter mit kaltem Wasser und ggf.
Eiswürfeln. Achte darauf, dass das Ventil geschlossen ist,
bevor Du Wasser einfüllst.
7. Öffne das Ventil und stelle Deine gewünschte Tropfge-
schwindigkeit ein:
– Drehe das Einstellrad des Ventils im Uhrzeigersinn, um das
Ventil weiter zu öffnen.
– Drehe das Einstellrad des Ventils gegen den Uhrzeigersinn,
um das Ventil weiter zu schließen.
Wir empfehlen etwa 1 Tropfen pro Sekunde. Weitere
Informationen hierzu fi ndest Du im nächsten Kapitel.
8. Schaue ab und zu nach, ob die Tropfgeschwindigkeit noch
Deiner gewünschten Einstellung entspricht und justiere
ggf. nach.
9. Warte bis das gesamte Wasser durch den Kaffeebehäl-
ter und Permanentfi lter gelaufen ist. Das dauert je nach
Einstellung ca. 2 bis 4 Stunden.
10. Nimm die Kaffeekanne aus dem Gestell.
11. Da zu Beginn der Extraktion viele Aromastoffe aus dem
Kaffee herauskommen und dies während der Extraktion
