You do not receive incoming calls:

 Check whether the SIM card is

registered on the network.

 Check whether the phone is turned

on.

 Check the signal strength

 Have you activated call barring? If so,

please disable all call barring.

Send SMS does not work

 Please check the SMSC number

(message centre number) in the

following menu item:

“Messages - Settings - SMS settings -

SIM - SMSC – Address”: Your carrier’s

message centre number should

appear here.
