Outgoing calls cannot be made:

 Check the phone number and try again.

 Have you activated call barring? If so,

please disable all call barring.

You do not receive incoming calls:

 Check whether the SIM card is

registered on the network.

 Check whether the phone is turned

on.

 Check the signal strength

 Have you activated call barring? If so,

please disable all call barring.

SMS sending does not work

 Please check the SMSC number (SMS

centre number) in the following menu

item:

"Messages – Settings - SMS Settings–

SIM – SMSC – Address": Your

network operator's message centre

should be listed here.
