Seated position GROUP 0+
The TWICE safety seat must be installed FACING
AWAY FROM THE DIRECTION OF TRAVELLING.
Decide on which seat after reading the section on
“Choosing where to install the safety seat”.
Follow the steps below very strictly:
3g - Fasten the 3-point belt.
3h - Place the seat on the car seat. Position the
handle in the AUTO position, which is the furthest
forward.
3i - Pass the abdominal part of the car seat belt
through the two front slots.
3j - The shoulder part of the car seat belt should be
passed behind the seat and inserted through the
two slots marked in blue. Ensure that the seat is
firmly anchored by pulling on it.
If you observe that the car seat belts are not long
enough, you can adjust the following parameters
to improve this:
- Recline the backrest of the car seat a little.
- Move the car seat back.
- Adjust the shoulder height regulator of the car
seat belts to the lowest position.
4 Placing the baby in the safety seat
4a - Unfasten the buckle.
4b - Loosen the harness by pulling the shoulder
straps while pressing the tightening button.
4c - Place the baby in the safety seat, ensuring that
they are sitting well back and that their back is
straight. Join the top ends of the buckles.
4d - Insert them in the central lock and press until
you hear a click.
4e - Tighten the shoulder straps and pull on the
tightening strap.
5 Using your TWICE in a pushchair
TWICE can be anchored on any BABYNURSE
chassis that has the PRO-FIX system.
5a - To fit the safety seat on a chassis, insert the
connections in the cavity of the chassis and press
until you hear a click.
5b - To release your TWICE from the chassis,
press the button on the handle and pull the seat
upwards.
MAINTENANCE
Do not expose the cover to sunlight for long •
periods. When the seat is not in use, cover it
or store it in the boot. Wash the plastic parts
with warm water and soap, carefully drying all
the components afterwards. The cover can be
removed for washing. Follow the instructions
below:
Open the buckle on the safety harness and pass •
the buckle through its eyelet. Open the rear flap
and remove the straps from the joining plate,
remove the straps through the front and pass
them through the eyelets on the sides. Pass the
shoulder padding through the eyelets. Remove
the 2 clasps on the sides. Finally, remove the
cover from the tightening button area.
Wash by hand at a temperature never higher than •
30° C.
To refit the cover, follow the same steps in reverse •
order.
